Shipping Policy

All orders over $130 will receive free shipping within Australia.

We do our best to keep our inventory online up to date at all times, but we are only human and there can be some cross-over between selling in the shop and removing sold items from the website. 

If any items you have ordered are no longer available you will be contacted via email within 1-2 days so you can inform us of your second option. Or if you want a full refund when we don't have the exact item you want this will happen within 4 days.

Your order will be shipped as soon as possible.  But due to COVID19, There are some delays on some items. Please read the top of the shop pages for these updates.

All Custom orders can take from 2 - 14 days on top of delivery time depending on the item. You will be informed of this time frame.

If you have any concerns please leave a message and we can give you a clear date of dispatch. Otherwise, all orders will be as follows.

Standard shipping with Tracking starts at $9.15 within Australia.

Express shipping with tracking starts at $12.95 on average.

Return &
Exchange Policy

All full-priced items can be exchanged only if, there is a reasonable reason you need to return this item. We require the item to not be worn, washed & swing tag to still be on.

If all this is accepted we will allow the exchange to the same value spent in full.

All exchange orders Under $150 are to be returned by the customer at your expense and include a return parcel post envelope at your expense with your return details.

Unless it was a fault of ours or the item is faulty. 

Please send a photo's front and back of each item for a decision to be made.
